Location

for both Fall & Holiday:

Hillsboro High School, 
3285 SE Rood Bridge Road
Hillsboro, Or 97123-8654
in the Commons area and Cafeteria area.

Date & Time:

Holiday Bazaar:  Saturday, December 4th 2021 10:00am to 4:00pm

Set up time:

Friday, December 3rd-  6:00pm - 8:00pm
Saturday, December 4th-  8:00am - 9:50am

Take Down:

Holiday Bazaar: Saturday , December 4th @ 4:00pm  
Everyone is responsible for cleaning up their own area.
Please do not tear down before 4:00pm.
Violator's will forfeit future participation.

Cost:

$40.00 per table 

Note:

We will provide a 6ft table and 2 chairs. If you have special needs for your display, please state that information on your registration form.

Selling Food:

Donations:

If you are planning on selling homemade goodies, please be sure baked items are prepared and wrapped in a sanitary manner. Any food items that require approval, please provide certification that your kitchen and processes are acceptable through the Washington County Health Department.

 

Items not required for licensing, approval or certification – Confection/candy items, popcorn, nuts, cookies, pies (except for pumpkin, lemon, or cream) foods that do not need to be refrigerated, jerky, bread, or baked goods.  Should you sell these items please place a card stating that the sales are not inspected by a regulatory authority.

Loading &

Unloading:

We are hoping for a little help from our vendor's.  If possible could you please donate one item to be raffled off during the bazaar.

Cancellations: 

If you cancel your space reservation at any time there will be NO REFUNDS.  Sorry for any inconvenience. We hope you understand.
